Our tank started leaking and so I called Arpi’s who we’ve used for many years to service our Furnace. The person that answered the call was hard to understand and highly un-empathetic to our situation. She quickly moved to price and that they were taking bookings 3-4 weeks out. I suggested that wasn’t too helpful given we have no hot water, she repeated the above.
